Description: Still has matching numbers engine and transmission. Transmission is rebuilt by Casey's Trans Plant with custom built converter to match Lunati cam grind 306-A2-LUN. Engine is a short block that is not yet rebuilt. I do not have the correct heads, intake, carburetor or exhaust. It is a power steering, manual drum brake car. I have media blasted and resurfaced this car. Underside has been sealed and finished in correct red oxide. Engine bay needed slight repair to battery tray area which was done preserving all VIN identification and has been finished in the correct satin finish black acrylic urethane. Body has very slight rust at the front of left rear wheel opening and was expertly repaired. Quarter panel ornament holes were welded shut, as were the fender ornament holes. Those are the only body modifications. Painted 3 years ago, carefully garaged ever since. There is NO garage rash. All body surfaces were stripped to bare metal, any surface contamination neutralized, body sealed in DP epoxy and finished in the correct Highland Green using DuPont Chroma One single stage enamel. Body was painted with doors and trunk lid attached, and masked to duplicate factory. Fenders were painted off the car but at the same time. I did not have a hood at the time of paint, and still don't as I intended to use the short 67 Shelby hood. Headlight buckets are N.O.S. originals and unpainted. Misc. small body trims were painted separately I have all glass but windshield, all interior but carpet, dash pad and armrests. Interior I have selected is Saddle, rather than the original Ivy Gold. Door panels are new deluxe, seat upholstery is all new standard, headliner is new. All new upholstery parts are TMI. Car is more or less 90% complete and in excellent condition. Easy finish.
