Hi Fred I have some news for you to pass on the Debra, let her know that she should be able to go and take her Modified Judging test now. The time that has to pass once you have taken a test 3 times and not pass has been changed it is no longer a year. Also you have more times to take the test before you are locked out. I am not sure as to how much time has to pass before you can not retake a test but it is much less than 1 year and I think you have 5 attempts at a test. Let her know to be sure and have a copy of he modified rules as well as the scoring rules on hand while taking the test. Shorty
