    Meadowlark Yellow
    Standard

Built in Meutuchen, NJ. I bought it about 2yrs. ago from a guy in Tennessee and have pretty much stripped it down and re-built it. Still need to do some body work and a paint job on it. This photo is from before I started working on it.

    Modifications

Tinted the windows. GT pop open gas cap, a front chin spoiler, sequential turn signals, trunk trim, and side trim. I replaced the rear valance with one cut out for a dual exhaust and put Mach 1 twin pipe tips on the exhaust pipes.

    •

Put new Magnum 500 15" wheels with P235/65 tires.

    •

Removed the stock 302 engine. Built and installed a 351 windsor. Added Edelbrock performance manifold, Holley 600cfm carb, MSD ignition system and Tri-Y headers. Modified the hood to make the hood scoop a functional ram air. C4 transmission with a stock 3.0 rear end for now. Will upgrade later with and AOD transmission and a 3.55 rear end.

    •

All new control arms and ball joints. Lowered the front and rear suspension and added front and rear sway bars.

    •

New dash pad, carpet, radio, sill plates, console, door panels and window crank handles. Replaced the stock seats with Mach 1 seats that I re-upholstered. I had custom covers made for the rear seat and re-upholstered it to match the Mach 1 seats. Along the way I fabricated a custom package tray and installed it.

    •

Engine re-painted the correct Ford blue. All pulleys and brackets painted gloss black. Intake and water pump painted natural aluminum. Ceramic silver headers. Cobra valve covers painted wrinkle black with the ribs and letters polished back to the aluminum. All new 12 point stainless steel and black bolts used for assembly.
