#7 of 12 Prototype Dearborn Steel and Tube display car. Was the Indianapolis Airport Display car May through August of 1979. Rare early non-certified A/C car with V8 and four speed. Fully restored in 2000 with all NOS parts and work performed at Detroit area dealerships.
Stock. Has unique paint appointments that differ from the "production" pace cars. The area under the black window moldings is painted flat black where it meets the stripe. All other pace cars had body color in this area. Also has 3:08 gears as most all PC's were purported to have 3:45's.
Stock, refinished TRX's with 2000 date coded Michelin TRX tires.
Has '84 intake and four BBL carb installed. Engine rebuilt in '00 with more aggressive cam.
Mostly stock. Tubular rear control arms. Plans to rebuild originals.
Retrosound Model 3 with bluetooth. Great radio, when it doesn't have a mind of it's own!
