This pony was built on December 22, 1966 in San Jose, CA. It was originally Candy Apple Red Ford # 2008-A. Red vinyl interior with Bucket seats and a full console. The Marti report states list price was $3,298.75 for this combination.

This Mustang was purchased in January of 1967 at the Culver Motors Ford Dealership in Culver City, CA. It slowly worked its way to Kansas City, MO.

This Mustang has been the consummate “One” family vehicle, back and forth to work, back and forth to ball games, dance recitals and various practices. Vacations and family trips were followed by the kid’s high school car, prom car, college car etc.

This Mustang was parked in 1989 after a lengthy career as the family roadster. After setting in our barn for many years and inspired by the 50th Anniversary of the Mustang. We brought it out of retirement in 2015. After a complete rebuild this beauty is glad to be back out on the road.

Today it sports a whole new look with 4 coats of 2015 Ford J-7 “Magnetic” paint and 4 coats of polished clear. A custom TMI interior, new gauges and a Kenwood 4 speaker stereo with aux input, sub, and pre-amp sound system.

The aggressive stance has been added with the 1” Shelby drop with lowering springs, 1” Front Sway Bar, ¾” Rear Sway Bar. Frame connectors have been installed to help stiffen the chassis.
