Classified ad

How do I post a classified ad and does it cost anything?

I have a K-code I would like to advertise

When I logged in and went to the classified page and clicked on create an ad it said I wasn't authorized to do that??

Or it actually said...

"You do not have permission for this action"

Paid member of MCA?

I didn't know you had to be a member to post an ad, sorry....
