Banner advertising will be offered for paid sponsors provided they provide the banner creative. Banners should be in a gif format and be 468 X 60 pixels in size. Banner advertising can also be purchased separately without being listed as an MCA Sponsor for an annual fee of $250.
We do not do CPM based banner advertising at this time.
