Looking for help regarding Mustang Collectible

Many years ago, I found a Mustang watch on the road, and picked it up. I am now trying to find out anything I can about it, but numerous searches in my search engine of choice has found nothing, so I figured if any group could help me, it'd be you all. The watch is 18k gold, with a black face that has 1994 Mustang written on the top, a gold coloured mustang as the second hand, and a diamond at the 12. What has me most confused is the fact the back has Nestle (as in the chocolate company) engraved in it, with 1 MIC 18K on it. Was it for a contest? A retirement gift?

Can anyone shed any light on it? Thank you!
