boss 302

I have a 1970 boss 302 and putting a new clutch in and not sure what kind should i put in?
also i want to put a new gear in my rear end and need some help what i should but in it at 70Mph the rpm is 3200 i want something that will jump off line but still like to drive on freeway with out high RPMS any suggestions?
