Sorry. I think I forgot to change the 2011 to 2012. I changed that. Regardless Rons contact info has not changed.

Treasurer Report for current month or quarter

I sent the Treasurer Ron an email on August 19, 2012 requesting a copy of the treasurer report for the current month or quarter. In the email I gave him my home address, my email address and as of this date have not received anything.

I would like someone to please send me a copy of the current treasurer report. I just would like to see what expenses and income look like for the club. I do not think I am asking for anything out of line. Maybe if you do not want to send it print it in the next MCA Times magazine.

My wife works with four non-profit organizations and receives monthly reports from two and the other two send her quarterly reports.

We have a report every month at our meetings. Membership report, income and expenses.. We announce the balance but anyone who is there can sit and look over our books. People really appreciate it, we have a table with our treasurer there for any questions..

Ron gave his quarterly report at the BOD meeting last weekend for the BOD, regional driectors and MCA members in attendance. We thanked Ron for the good job his has done during his term and welcomed Chris Hall who will take over in January.

That's great, but a member should not have to make a trip halfway across the country just to access basic financials for their club. Why is this info not available to members via the website and/or the Mustang Times?
