President's Award

I was trying to find information about what it takes to receive the MCA "President's Award" for a regional club.

The award criteria is outlined here: President's Award

There is an application form in one of the previous Mustang Times Magazines that tells you what your club has to do to qualify. I think it was in either April, May or June's issue of 2012.
Your club must achieve a minimum of 100 points to qualify. You have to supply documentation.
