not running right

I just bought a 1995 Mustang GT 5.0 H.O 5 speed. Bought as is, in a month later she broke down. Car acted like she ran out of gas. Found out I had to replace fuel pump and filter. Also replaced to distibutor (whole thing) change oil with sync oil, new oil filter, spark plugs. Also retimed it,and she is still not running right. It bogs down in first gear cant spin tires. Car fells like it is missing its punch. If anyone has any idea what might be wrong. I would like to bring this stang back to life. This is the car I wanted to have when I was In high school. So to own and restore this car is a wish come true. :confused:
