Probably not. May want to try uploading it to YouTube, Vimeo, Blip.tv, etc. then either post a link or see if it will let you embed the video.
You can embed video from Hulu, YouTube, Vimeo, Dailymotion, Metacafe, Google, and facebook. YouTube is the preferred option.
Here's a test to see if my picture video of my Mustang (before I got my stripes painted on) works on the site.......
