Customer Service really sucks!
Right On Seldoon,
I communicated to the Dealership that I didn't want any dealer LIcense plate frame attached to the front of my New 2008 Bullitt. When I went in to drive my newly detailed Bullitt off I was quite irritated that they drilled holes into the front bumper to install their lousy dealership license plate frame. Management was advised of the lack of Customer appreciation. When I take my car in for servicing I have had to demand the use of fender mats and I demand that they don't wash my car with their Courtesy Car Wash in that they do such a lousy job of drying off the car. Twice I have jumped on the Service manager for my car being worked on without anyone putting fender mats in place.
