MCA Vinyl Banner/Sign for Regional Clubs

Is there a MCA banner/sign available for regional clubs to hang at events along with their club banners/signs?

At many shows & events we have a pop up canopy and a club banner tied to it. Think it would be nice to have in order to promote MCA along with your local club at shows and events.

    Thanks

+1 on the need for a banner to promote MCA at local events! I think an MCA banner should be made available to all MCA sanctioned clubs.

Good idea but that will cost money... I am really wondering lately how visible MCA wants to be? I started a thread is MCA changing thier logo, in that thread I was told that the MCA store would get more MCA logo'd apparel. That still hasnot happened! I have asked when the youth program information will be coming out, response soon. I am curious to see and talk to the members in charge of MCA at the first national show....

You're right it would cost money but the clubs might be willing to "pony up" at least some of the cost of the banner. It would be a very good way to get more name recognition and members in the MCA and also in the local clubs so both woiuld benefit.

A more economical solution might be to simply make the graphic image of the MCA logo available to regional clubs to use as they see fit. Right now if you want it even for a regional club website you have to beg, borrow and steal it. The national club really needs to apply a marketing approach and embrace the "branding" power of the MCA. That power starts at the grassroots level with the regional clubs and begins with something as simple as a logo.

I will post the logo in a thread in the members only area so everyone can access it. I need to get a good version myself but I will get it up there.

    John,
Thanks and having access to a good logo will be a help. If we are to be able to use it to make a banner the file needs to be of good size to allow for expansion to fit a 3' by 5' banner.

Jack and Phil you both have great points. I agree that MCA should make this available to all the chartered MCA clubs. This goes along with what I have been asking about in another thread titled "Has the MCA logo changed?" There are not any MCA logo'd t-shirts available to purchase with just the MCA logo on them. These shirts are walking billboards! Free advertisment for MCA. Anyways back to the subject John you could even put it in the regional directors section of the forum to have a little more control of the logo. Have the regional director do thier part for the MCA..... Just a thought.
