Using the TurtleWax Black Box kit on a Roush BlackJack

I'm stumping every help desk person I talk to about this so I'm asking the car crazy public. I'm considering using the TurtleWax Black Box kit on my Roush BlackJack, it is black and all. However I am concerned about the possible effects on the vinyl matte black center stripe on the car since the product is a more traditional wax, which normally reacts adversely on vinyl. In the past I've been using the ICE liquid polish and just waxing right over the top of it and I'm not sure if I could do that with the Black Box material even thoug it would be sort of color matched. Anyone have any experience with this? Also, if anyone has used the Black Box kit on a daily or ocasional driver, I would love to get some feedback on how long the wax lasts under normal weather exposure.

Adam, I wonder if anyone will use turtle wax on their Mustangs.
The product isn't something, I am guessing, not many people would would choose to use.
I don't know anything about the product, it might be better than the pure carnuba wax I use.
Most people choose to be very "picky" when it comes to the products we put on our finishes.
I've used the original wax on previous Mustangs and found the product to be okay, but with todays superior choices in nitch waxes and polymers, it wouldn't be a brand I would consider anymore.

dunno anything about that product. i would stick with what you personally know works well for you. expermientation can sometimes yield unwanted results........good luck there.

Although I use Meguiar's wax on my car, I have found that the spray detailer from the Turtle Wax Black Box kit works very well inbetween waxes.
