    Smile Who can help with the ponys historie?

    Hye, my name is Dirk and I am from MOERS, NRW, Germany and i own a very nice black Mustang convertible from 1967. I try to find more information about its historie. It comes from California in 2008 or 2009 to Germany. I have a picture with the old number plate. It says "jun California 2009" and the number is "6DNB398" the Vin number is "7RC3C150764". Sorry, I do not know how to bring a picture in here. I would be very glad for any help, to let the last owner know that it is in a very fine condition and that I tread it well.

    Hi Chukwuma,
    I have a 1965 covertible here in England, and I also would like some history, and I also cannot get my pictures on the website, unfortunately nobody was able to help, but I wish you all the luck

    Dirk and Tony,
    The easiest way to get pictures of your cars on the forum is by using a picture hosting site like Photobucket. When you upload pictures there all you need do is copy the link where it says IMG code (either below or beside your picture depending on the view) and you will then see the following in your post (it won't look exactly like this as I intentionally left out the / on the final [/IMG] character);

    [IMG]http://i192.photobucket.com/albums/z112/jaguars_fan/JMs%20Classics/71%20Mustang%20FB/DSCN1525.jpg[IMG]

    and that will translate to

    The other way is to look below the reply window (if using advanced reply) and click manage attachments. Browse for the picture you want, click upload and then close that window and you get the picture presented below.

    Hope that helps.

    Glad to see that worked for you. Your VIN should be 7R03C150764 (versus 7RC3C150764) and it comes out with the following;

    7 1967
    R Jan Jose
    03 Convertible
    C 289 2V
    Number 50764

    What I would do is get a Marti Report to know for sure how your Mustang left the factory.

    Mac, thanks again for that advise. I already had several days ago an email from Kevin Marti in my mailbox. I do the elite thing already. I will get everything in mail by september.
    The Pony is original except the colour. The only thing they changed are the rimps and the engine power. Its a bit like a GT350 clone.
