Registrations continue to come in at a good rate - 10 to 12 a week - so don't delay in getting your registration in. The host hotel has released the last block of rooms...the Courtyard and Garden Inn still have availability too.

    2. Cruise sponsored by the Southern Maryland Mustang Club From the Stadium to Maryland International Raceway (tentative)
    3. Book Signings by Donald Farr - you will also be able to purchase a copy of his new Boss 302 book!
    4. Banquet at the Clarion with guest speaker Doanld Farr - Saturday 7pm til ?
    5. MCA to announce the winner of the 2011 Lee Iaccoca Award - TDB

Registrations are over 300. As of yesterday there were 10+/- rooms left at the Clarion, and still rooms at the back-up hotels.
The cruise to MIR will be on the web-site soon. If you're interested in participating please e-mail amyh511@yahoo.com

The cruise will leave the Stadium at about 6:30pm and take about 45 to 50 minutes ending up at MIR. Race track officials have cleared an area of the parking lot for a show and shine....admission to the track is $10 for spectators and $20 if you want to race (as I recall). This should be a lot of fun!

All cruise participants must obey posted speed limits and traffic laws. Your safety is our first concern.

Just an FYI: Many of the rooms they have left are smoking. I may have booked one of the last non-smoking King rooms.

When I registered for the show awhile back, I got a short email that mentioned I would be getting some sort of confirmation of what I purchased. Will they be going out soon?

    Thanks.

    Mike

Might want to check your spam folder. I got my confirmation June 5th from Richard Porter. All mine had was an attachment. Don't know if they sent everyone's out the same day. Mine showed what I purchased. Just car show registration for me.

Hopefiully this reply will post...my last two attempts did not...

Richard Porter will be sending a confirmation/reminder in the very near future. We have a meeting tonight and I will confirm timing with him then.

The Clarion only has smoking rooms available (about 10 at last count) so if you're a smoker and want to smoke in your room you should stay there. The Hilton Garden Inn has rooms and a wrap around rate for Thursday and Sunday, BUT you should call the hotle directly to make your reservation.

Time is getting short for registration....

We have over 350 cars registered and the pace has picked up to over 20 per week....don't delay. Events and product being added every week...Coming soon Hats, Glassware, and Polo's...

Clarion is full unless you want a smoking room. Hiton Garden Inn and Courtyard are still taking reservations.

If you are interested in the Friday cruise to Maryland International Raceway, please e-mail Amy Houtz at amyh511@yahoo.com and let he know to reserve your spot!

We are also proud to announce that CJ Pony Parts has come on board as a Patron sponsor, and Dad's Mustang will be there as a vendor. They Join our gold sponsors: Virgina Classic Mustang, Moss Muscle.com, and Waldorf Ford, our Silver sponsors: Performance Automatic, DARO Realty, Classic Design Concepts, and American High Performance, and our Patron Sponsors Car Covers Direct and Caldwell Consultants. Make sure to support these fine sponsors!
