    Judging sheet

I mailed in the self addressed, stamped envelope to request my judging sheet for the Jacksonville show about a month ago. I was wondering when I should expect to see it in my mailbox?

I received mine 2-3 weeks ago. You should contact the MCA office to verify they received your request, since I understand they do not keep them indefinately.

    Hi Kev,
I was going to post the same question, but for the judging sheets for the Sands Point show in NY. Do you know if there is an email address for the Pensacola address.

Try Kristie, the office manager. Her email is mustang@mustang.org

The phone number is 850-438-0626. Office hours are 10:00 - 5:00 M-F (Eastern)

    Good luck.

I emailed Kristy and she responded last Tursday that mine has been mailed. Since I only live 120 miles from there I could have walked to the office from my house and received it by now. Something seems a little fishy about it to me at this point.

It's been a week since I was told my sheet was mailed and it still has not arrived. This doesnt exactly reinforce my confidence in the MCA. I didn't place at the show and really want to know what my deductions were. At this point I suspect there were errors in the tally and someone is trying to cover it up.

I would be careful about making accusations that I am sure that you know nothing about. You have to understand that 99.9 % of the MCA are volunteers. We have jobs and lives too. Many of us give countless hours and dollars to the MCA. You might want to give some thought as to how you could play a part in a solution or volunteer to help with judging. We never have too much help.
I think it is too bad how Kristy in the MCA office has to deal with ungratful partisapants.
My wife Tari is the national show secretary, She and I run the tally room. I can assure you that there are no errors that we are trying to cover up. While everyone went on a cruse Saturday night we were working to midnight so people like you could get their awards. Marty Rupp MCA 38812

    Rick,
First of all if there are errors in the tally, and by the way it does happen from time to time, when it is discovered the corrections are made and the impacted individual gets his/her award. There has never been nor has there ever been a reason to cover anything up. People make mistakes and we correct them when identified. To suggest that there may be a cover up to prevent someone from getting an award they rightly deserve is simply rediculous. The judging sheets were delayed in getting to Kristie in the National Office by about 2 1/2 weeks because I made the decision to attempt to have them scanned for electronic availability to speed up the process of getting them to participants instead of having to wait on the postal service. That accounted for the initial delay. Hopefully the post office hasn't lost you judging sheets, but if they have, MCA has no control over that.

    Judging sheet

    Rick,

I do want you to understand that the entire judging community is focused on respect of the members and their cars. To do the very best in insuring accuracy in judging and record keeping. Are we perfect, No, but we are committed in continuous improvement. This club, this hobby, these Mustangs mean allot to the judging community. We take pride in trying our very best and delivering a service to our members that is unapproachable in questioning our ethics in doing whats right for all members. We are all volunteers and do this for the love of the club and the Mustang, not for any personal gain.
Its insulting to think any different.
