MCA renewal mistake

I thought I renewed my Membership this last month. I received a new membership card and number. My MCA number is 31064 and I have a new card with 80719. I am not sure what happened. But I hope someone with knowledge and pull can fix it and see what's up. I did log in under my mca number 31064. Thanks! Armond
