Blue AngelWe bought an Explorer and they took a photocopy for our membership card. They told us it was part of the verification requirements. Didn't bother me but thught it was overkill considering we had our PIN.
My salesman who sold me my 2011 Mustang GT keeps asking for a physical membership card but i never recieved such thing. They say they need it bc ford is auditing them. I was wondering if you could send me an email or give me information on how to get some sort of physical proof. Even if its just an email too

Glad to see that they are policing the benefit - when these things are abused business often stop offering the discounts. Hope they can get you a card quickly so that you can get the car of your dreams
