were chrome rocker panels a option you could order and should they be put on a total restoration?

Yes the rocker moldings were a option. It depends on what kind of restoration you are doing. If you were going to show in in Ocasional Driven class you can do small changes with out moving in to Modified. Or you could get a Marti Report on the car and build it just as the day it left the assembly plant. Then you might want to show it in one of the Concours classes. In the end it is your car you can build it as you like. There is allways a place to show it at a MCA show.
I also have a 67 GTA convertable that I show in the Concours Trailered class.
Good luck with your project. Marty Rupp MCA 38812 Gold card judge
