Template for 60's style steel wheel. Does it exist?
Hello,
Does anyone know if there exists a template or mask made for the 60's style steel wheel? I'd like to paint(charcoal) the pockets of the wheel without getting paint on the chrome centers.
Thanks.

Are you trying to simulate the wheel if not then just mask off the areas that you don't want painted.

Yes, I'm trying to be as precise as possible with the paint. The original wheels, the pockets were painted by the original owner. So, I really don't know where the line of paint should be. Also, I found out that you don't want a straight mask line but rather curved. Plus, I want each of the 5 pockets painted exactly the same.
They make a template for the magnum 500 wheel, hopefully, there is something for the style steel wheel.

When I read your Post, I thought "Black Steel Wheel"............But I assume you mean the "Styled Steel Wheel". Contact the People at National Parts Depot, if they don't have it or know where you can find it, it must not be made.
