Switching Cars after Registering a Car in advance for the National Show

I am planning on Entering a Mustang in the Grand National Show in Orlando in 2013 and I want to do so as soon as possible to make sure I get in. I usually Buy a Mustang, modify it, Drive it 12 to 18 Months and then sell it to do another one. For the past 14 Years, I have entered 13 different Mustangs in the MCA Show in Pensacola Florida. My question is: If I register the Mustang I have NOW but sell it before the end of the year and Buy another one, can I make the needed changes to the Registration at the Show?

It would not be a problem to change the car for the show. Your best option is to contact the host club's registration personnel with the car change as soon as you know there will be a change. They will need the VIN, body style, year, and color for the new car as well as the division. There are always situations that come up before a show ie.: accident, mechanical failure, unfinished restoration . . . that causes someone to bring a different car. This happen on such short notice that we do make changes for the owner at Classification. It is just very important that you inform the Classification team member that you have brought a different car. Please remember you fire extingusher!

Just don't bring more than one car

Since I lived close to the Grand National show site I drove my 72 Mach1 on Friday to drag race it, my daily driver on Saturday (04 Mach1) and my 72 sprint convertible on Sunday. I thought people would like to see more than just one of my cars at the show and I cannot drive more than one at a time. You would have thought I broke all sorts of rules doing this which makes we wonder just why that is a problem at an MCA event.
