Need advice on a/c and radiator best suited for Houston wx

I am restoring a 1966 mustang convertible and plan to put in vintage air and reconditioned copper radiator for OEM look. I have considered aluminum but decided to stay with copper. Am I crazy? What are the locals relying on to keep their 'Stangs cool?

the A/c will look nothing like stock any way. Put a Champion aliumuim in and paint it black
