    Classic Car Insurance

We own a 1991 Mustang convertible and are in the process of restoration. Is there Classic Car insurance available for our Mustang?

I have a 1997 cobra convert. And I have Hagerty insurance on mine. It is reasonable.

I am an agent in Texas and availability varies by state. Most of the major companies that write collector car insurance (Grundy, Haggerty, American Collectors, Infinity's Classic Collector, etc.) have different programs depending on the year model and whether stock or modified. They will have slightly different mileage and underwritng guidelines so check around for the program that best fits your needs. Normally an agreed value policy would be a better option than a stated value plan.

Don't forget to check with your MCA sponsor Heacock.

I have Heacock on both my Mustangs and am very happy with them (04 GT Convertible & 65 K-code Coupe).
