We are a much too large and prestigious organization to have a website that is not user-friendly. Several times I have taken the time to type something to add to a topic only to get an error message that the question was not answered correctly. Usually I just give up and leave the site. I asked the MCA about this and of course received no reply. I was able to learn the work-around from another website, but think it makes our organization seem kind of lame.

You need to answer the verification question at the top of the message box. This is an anti spam device.

When replying to messages posted on the home page, the random question box does not appear. I have tried on three computers with various versions of Firefox and Internet Explorer, Windows XP and 7.
