    2012 Black GT

I updated my profile with my new 2012 Black GT!!! I was thinking about the 2013, but I liked the front end of the 2012 more, but they both look awesome imho.

Thanks for all the good comments, I've been reviewing and searching this site for a while. So many questions were answered that never needed to ask any! Go search button!

Congrats on the car! I'll be buying a 2012 soon as well, and like you I prefer the nose of the 12 over 13.. I'm sure it'll grow on me though.
If you don't mind me asking, what did you end up paying for it? I'm trying to get an idea of what to expect.

I really wanted Sterling Gray for ease of maintaining , but I couldn't find one that was exactly how I wanted. I actually love black the most, so I'm happy I got it...it matches the black 68' Camaro my step-dad has. Before the current gen Mustang, I'd also always been a Chevy guy. But now I realize I was never brand loyal, I just go with the best product.

    With the membership here I got X-Plan pricing - current incentives - $750 mail/brochure + tax/new tag/title = 33K OTD ...which would have been similar to what I'd pay for a base 2013.

Not bad at all... What's the 750 brochure you mention? I'm trying to squeak out as close to 30 OTD as I can.. What options do you have? I'm looking at a base premium with the Brembo package. It stickers at 36.

Order a bunch of brochures, some of them have a $750 coupon from Ford. You can combine it with X-Plan.

The only thing I have is an automatic with no further options. I wanted the Brembo, but I'm not really planning on tracking it, so I didn't feel it was worth the $ for me. But I still want the Brembo...lol

Nice, I wasn't aware of that. Order through the ford site?
I hear ya on the Brembo thing.. I'm not going to track the car either, but big brakes and unique wheels are just so cool! I hope I can make it happen.

Yeah, just go on the main Ford website and order a bunch of brochures.

It's a good value package even if you're not tracking the car, I'm just trying to buy a house also, so money is tight. I'll tell you this, the factory basic brakes feel great.
