I have a question; why doesn't the MCA have a book of all the members to use to contact other members? I travel alot going from shows in other cities or even other states (as a large number of other members do), it would be nice to be able to contact members in that city if I had a mechanical problem or wanted to know a good place to eat or spend the night.
I'm also a member of the Gold Wing Road Riders of America (GWRRA); it's the largest motorcycle association in the world. GWRRA has a book called "The Gold Book". The Gold Book lists the name of every member of GWRRA, their town, and phone number. If a GWRRA member agrees to have their name printed in the Gold Book (optional), they agree to provide mechanical assistance to tyraveling riders, provide assistance with lodging or even volunteer to have members stay at their home, and recommend local Honda dealers or repair facilities. It is an invaluable assest when I travel on my Gold Wing, I never leave home without it.

Why can't the MCA generate a book simular to this to the membership? The dues for the GWRRA is the same as the MCA; all new members of GWRRA are issued a Gold Book upon joining. Can't we do this too?
