So this is just a 2 day event ?

Technically, yes it is a 2 day event. But, with 700+ cars, you should try to get your registration packet and even place your car, or find your designated space on Friday. You will be parked by class and year, in order to expedite judging. The track is locked in evening and we will have additional security inside the track all night.
There will be events going on in and around the Coronado Springs Resort during the evenings. This will all be starting Friday evening with our BBQ dinner. This is Disney, at $99/night with 2 free after 4pm tickets. You are entitled to discounts on many things, such as Petty Driving experiences, theme parks, golf, water parks and more! Make a vacation out of this car show! Our room rate starts one week before the show date and continues one week after. This is going to be a great time!

The correct date of the show is Aug 30 - Sept 1. Sorry, whoever put the list on the website had the wrong dates

Just out of curiosity, the Indianapolis show was originally scheduled for August 2 - 4 (see October 2011 Board Meeting Minutes) and the information in the Events section actually shows August 9 - 11 in the header and August 2 - 4 in the detail. Which is the correct date and if it's August 9 - 11 was the date changed at some point or was the original communicated date incorrect?

The correct date for the INDY show is August 9-11 2013. The Indy club did indeed and was approved for August 2 - 4 but when they went back to fully secure the venue, that weekend August 2-4 was taken by another organization. The only thing that could be done was check with the MCA show committee whom approved the date change to August 9-11. Since the show was already approved by the board this was matter that could be handled in committee.

Trying to register. You mean to tell me we have to pay $50 to attend the awards banquet to see if our cars win an award?
