What is the process for appealing / questioning classification and judging?

Trying to be optimistic about this. I pre-registered my car for the Grand National as a occasional driven 04 Cobra. I drove it 420 miles through road construction and part of a hurricane, and found out at registration that "trailered" was checked on my form (I didn't fill that out.) After some discussion with the registration volunteer that it couldn't have possibly gotten that dirty on a trailer, he went to talk to Patsy. She agreed and made some notes on the form. When I got inside, they put me in class PB, but couldn't tell me what class that is. When the car was judged, I asked, but they weren't "familiar" with that classification. Needless to say, I didn't win anything.

Now that I'm home and have access to the internet, I have pulled up the official 2012 MCA classification list, and there is no class PB. My car should have been Occasional Driver - ODJ, or Specialty - SPC. I walked around for three days with PB-60 on my ID tag and no one could tell me what class I was in. Best answer I got was Peanut Butter.

A large poster should be hanging on the wall at registration for all MCA events that lists and defines all classes. It appears that it is very easy to say "Occasional Driver" and get put into class NA, which doesn't actually exist.
