hi everyone, can anyone tell me what the correct room rates at the crown plaza host hotel for the july ,2013,national show hosted by the blue ridge mustang club of ashville should be? just booked rooms and the price seemed slightly high with no show discount for sunday night. thanks for your help........steve.

I made my reservations Saturday and the rate is $129.00 plus tax plus ??

do you know who you talked to? we were charged $144.00 for the first few days, then $189.00 for sunday nite. i'm hoping this can be adjusted to something more reasonable. thanks for any help that can be given. steve

I called the hotel. I got the number from the Mustang Times. Did you mention the show code???

The negotiated rate for the show is $129.00

Hey all! The Crowne Plaza Golf & Tennis Resort installed a new reservations system recently and it seems that it has kicked out some of the special group rates including the Mustang show. After speaking to them today, they assured me that the rates for the show are good for the two days prior to the 4th of July and for two days after the show ends on Sunday. Keep in mind that well over 100 rooms have already been reserved and the rates vary from $129-$159 so the early bird gets the best rate! Please mention the Mustang Show so that you can get the rate. Remember, the hotel location is also the show site, so you won't have to travel too far while staying there! We will be offering special Biltmore rates of $40 per person during the weekend, and will also have a special pony run through the estate on the night of the 4th with a special group photo of all the cars in front of the house, followed by a dinner on the estate and possibly private fireworks on the estate. We are still working on getting permission for the fireworks and will let you all know when we find out!

And for those of you who are inquiring about registration for the show....we will have the registration form on our website AND in Mustang Times on the FIRST OF JANUARY, 2013. Due to the amount of options that we will be offering for our fellow Mustangers to enjoy the 150 acres of the resort and other opportunities to get out and about (and not sit behind your car all day) we are taking the time to make sure we obtain the best prices and offer you a lot of options to enjoy our city in the mountains.

+1 on the $129.00 rate. Would recommend you call the hotel and ask for inhouse reservations.
