MCA Bi-Monthly Directors Meetings

Does this still happen? I'm looking over the Regional Director's Role and Responsiblilities and it states that that person should be receiving the minutes so they can distribute to the regional club. But how do we update MCA as to whom is our Regional Director?

When we submitted our MCA application (that was approved in July 2012), there was no area asking for the Regional Director.

Could someone please provide an update on this and how we can get our Regional Director setup so they can receive those meeting minutes to share with our club.

My name is Horace Collums I am the MCA Regional Directors Summit Chairman, the person you need to contact is the MCA Club Charter/Support Chairman Jeff Mays you can get his # and email address out of the Mustang Time’s or the web page. I sent you a email a few week back inviting you and you MCA Regional director to this years Regional Directors Summit October 12-13 however your email address came back unread. All MCA Regionals Directors that attend the Summit in October will leave there with a new up to date regional directors hand book that will make there job as MCA Regional Directors a lot’s easer. A few things the RD hand book covers are Officers and Board of Directors, MCA BOD National meetings date and locations, Benefits of MCA Memberships, Hosting a National MCA Show, National driving events, Presidents Award, By-Laws and a number of others area.
