Process to start a new club?

I belong to Mustang Owners Club of Southeast Michigan, an MCA affiliate.

But I live on the east side and north of Detroit and most of our functions of course are on the west side. So what is the procedure for starting up a new club on the east side of Detroit (up near Port Huron)?

If your intent is for your new club to eventually become an MCA regional club then you should contact someone on the Club Charter committee first to make sure you follow the proper guidelines and protocol. See list of committee members below:
