Just wanted to drop in and introduce myself! My name is Lee and i have just recently purchased an 03 Mach 1 5speed in torch red. This is my second mustang that i have owned and it's the only Mach 1 that i have seen in person in my area!

Thank's, beautiful car's you got! black is a nice color but ford should have offered a different color side stripe package for that color but that's my opinion. Do you know how and where to get the certificate of authenticity for the 03-04 Mach 1's?

Thank you Lee. The Black on Black has a stealthy appearance. Looks much better in person. There was a good reason Ford kept the Black stripe on black. It accents the Shaker Scoop, so that it blends together. If there were a lighter stripe, it would break up the flow and not look right. Which some have done. I don't know if you know about 'Mach1Registry.com'. My wife's Mach is registered there as ConsMach. You should join also, cause there is a section on M1R to get a Certificate of Authenticity, which we got ourselves. Don't remember the cost, but I know it wasn't over 40.00. You get a breakdown of the production of Color, Interior and Transmission. We found ours to be 1 of 217, and my wife got a personal county tag that says 1 of 217. In the ATTACHMENT I added, you will kinda see on the bottom right what comes with the Certificate. Well worth it Lee. Good heads heads up thinking of it. So check out Mach1 Registry, I think you'll join.

thank's for the info, i have the mach 1 registry on my Facebook page but had trouble down loading the information to my e mail! Any way my car is in the shop now having warranty work done on the transmission and all of the paperwork is still in the glove box so i don't have my vin handy, but i am still going to figure out how to down load it!
