Registration for the Stars, Stripes and Stangs National Show (Asheville, NC)

Seems the timing was in the stars for both the Reno and Asheville clubs to post at the same time! But, we here in Asheville need to let everyone know that the registration form (as promised) for our national show will be available on Thursday, January the 31st!
We are limited to 350 spaces so get your registrations in early! And please, take the time to read our optional events pages on our website. We have tons of things to do (on and off site), especially the Biltmore event on Thursday, July the 4th. Go to BRMCOA.ORG for registration and information. See you all in July!

Will Judge's Choice be parked in a seperate area or eligible to be with the rest of the cars?

    Parking of judge's choice

At previous shows, I have seen the judges choice, LAM's and display only parked away from the judged field. In Utah, believe it was just one parking area away from the judged field. Personally, I would prefer to have them all parked together, but for the judges, it is easier for them to locate the vehicles. I know that there is an option for the host clubs for national shows to park individual classes together so judges do not have to walk all over the place looking for their cars to judge. We will not be doing that because we have 7 different parking areas of varying sizes at the show site. So it will be a first come, first serve as to where the vehicles will be parked. Judges will have maps with the locations of the parking spaces and gold carts if they need to use one of them.
At this point, we are going to park the Mustangs as they arrive. For any clubs that are wishing to enter together and park together, there is a small shopping center below the host hotel where you all can meet and drive in together to insure that you will be able to park as close to each other as possible.

Too bad. Consider that the best idea for a national show or grand national is on a holiday weekend and thus you have our reason for hosting it on the 4th of July. Many MCA nationals in the past, present and future are on 3 day holiday weekends so people have time to travel and not miss work. With the 4th being on a Thursday, smart attendees are coming in early to make our national show a vacation/destination event. That is why we are doing a big event at the Biltmore on the 4th. It's never a bad idea to host a national show on a holiday weekend.

Make sure you all meet up and register together so you all can park together at the show. We are not parking by classes as we want friends and family to be together when they bring a group of Mustangs to the show!
Hopefully you all signed up for the Biltmore event too. We already have 100 registrations since January 31st!

    July 4th

We don't get to very many shows. When my wife saw the words Biltmore and fireworks the decision was made!
Ironic....... when we purchased the car one of our plans was to go through the mountains to Asheville. As life goes, it
didn't happen. 24 years later she is set to go even if now in a trailer. Our registration was in the mailbox 1/31.
Yep, we're excited about the whole adventure.
