Asheville National Show update!
Due to an overwhelming and rapid response, we need to inform everyone that the Thursday night photograph event at the Biltmore has reached capacity. This is the portion of the off site event that included the photograph, dinner and fireworks at the Biltmore. Only the photograph portion is sold out.
However, anyone who wishes to enjoy dinner and the Biltmore grounds on Thursday, July the 4th, we still have 150 seats remaining for dinner (300 people have already been booked and capacity is 450) so you can still include the Biltmore package with your registration but your Mustang will not be included in the photograph portion of the event.
We also will be moving the time of departure to 3:30pm on July the 4th. This is due to some schedule changes done by the Biltmore to insure that we can do two group photo's of those who made the cut. We will have to shoot 75 cars for each shoot, so we need to get there early enough to get the cars to the staging area (Doubletree Hotel), escorted into the Biltmore, parked at another staging area, lining up the Mustangs, taking the photograph and then bringing in the second group to be photographed. We have a window of one hour to do both photographs.
If anyone is planning on arriving Thursday, July the 4th, please make arrangements to be here well in advance of 3:30pm. Some may want to change their hotel reservations to arrive on July the 3rd to make sure that you are here in time. We will be mailing a letter to ALL those who have registered for our show and for the Biltmore with detailed instructions and an ID tag for your vehicle sometime in late May.
