Are the minutes & decisions from the recent Regional Directors Meeting going to be posted on the website?

i too am waiting. i 'fussed' at one of the mca officers at the last show for not having this info readily available. the bod meeting minutes can and should be posted in a 'rough draft' form for all directors to view within one week of the meeting. i see no need to wait several months for board approval. if that takes a change in the bylaws then so be it.

Hey guys can we be clear on the question? There was a Regional Directors meeting and a BOD meeting. I see these as two separate meetings. There were no formal minutes for the Regional Directors meeting and all of those presentation materials are posted in the Presidents and Regional Directors section of the forum.

No worries Fred! It was an excellent day and all of the information presented is posted as mentioned. Also Horace posted his feedback in this thread, which was a well represented and unbiased review.

There is really nothing that can not be shared. It is just where we posted it because the of the intended audience. I will check with the BOD and see if anyone objects to posting elsewhere.
