White Sidewall Tires Versus raised letter tires

I have a 1969 Mustang Mach One, according to the Marti Report it came with E-70 14 White Sidewall tires. The question is this, can I put Goodyear Polyglass tires that are the right size on the car without points deductions?

If you decide to use Polyglas with RWL you must use optional F70X14 because there was no E70X14 RWL available on the Mustang 1969-1973. The 1/4 inch whitewall Polyglas was available in E or F 70X14 but only F70X14 in RWL.
