2010 Regional Directors Meeting - Presentations and Materials

Someone had requested to see the presentation materials for the MCA Regional Director meeting that happened in October. I am using this thread to post these up for all MCA members to review.

While these items are much appreciated and make for good reading/reference, this is not exactly what I requested. These items should be in a "documents" section of the website for reference use. What I requested was the minutes of the meeting - what was discussed, if there was a vote, what was the tally, etc. Normally, with any organization, minutes are taken when a group meets. If minutes were not taken, then perhaps we should look at this as an area for improvement and start taking minutes in the future.

As I explained before, the Regional Directors Summit was not a meeting where any voting or decisions were made. It was a gathering of Regional Directors to help them understand how to interact with the national organization and what resources are available to the regional clubs to help them. There were no formal meeting minutes taken. If you are looking for our BOD meeting minutes those are posted online already and I have a question to the executive committee regarding the possibility of posting a draft version before the meeting minutes are approved so that MCA members do not have to wait three months to see the meeting minutes. Other than that I have exhausted all options to try to assist you at this point. If you would like to pursue this further I can put you in touch with our Executive Committee via email so you can voice your concerns directly with them. Feel free to send an email with this request to Admin@mustang.org and I will respond and include all Executive Committee members on the note so you have direct dialog with them.

Sorry but I can not be of any further assistance on this matter other than what I have already done.
