Why can't I post a for sale ad? How do I post a "for sale" ad?

    Where is Mustang Times link?

I'd like to link to a pic of my wifes car in the Dec. 2010 Mustang Times but I can't find a link on the website to the magazine. As a member will I be able to link to or paste a photo to different forums?

    Thanks, Jon

Jon the link to the archived Mustang Times is here http://www.mustangtimes.net/. The current policy is that there is a delay of putting the MT online for one year so I don't think that will help you.

Also as a member you should be able to link to or upload photos.

    Thanks

Thanks for the link John, so it looks like I can't reference the photo as it won't be posted until a year from now when it's archived. As far as linking or uploading I imagine you are referring to the MCA forum, I was referring to other forums I'm a member on to link back to the photo in Mustang Times through the MCA forum.
    Thanks, Jon

Sorry for the delay in responding. Your website account was imported from the old database and I think we have an issue with imported accounts being able to post ads. I have corrected your account so you should be able to post now and have logged this as an item to be fixed.

    Thanks

Just joined this forum. How do I go about asking general questions to other members? Every time I go to post a new thread...it won't let me. Thanks

Welcome to the forum! You have joined the website but you have not joined the MCA. Some of the sections of the site are only available to MCA members. To join click on the JOIN MCA link in the red nav bar. Annual membership is $50.

    Thanks

Okay. Is there someplace where I can go to see what I can and can't do as a MCA member? I just started looking at the FAQ section, but have not gotten through it yet. Is this where I find out what I can and can't do? I just want to ask a question about a part, or 'search' for previous conversatoins about a topic. Have not had success with either....not sure why you can join a forum w/out being able to talk with other members of the forum. I can understand about being a member of a club....I'm sure they receive certain privileges, discounts, purchase/sell items, etc., but, I've never been part of a forum where it cost money to ask questions and talk with people. Maybe I'm just doing something wrong??? Thanks
