Wow, first let me say, nice Mustang for restoration. I know other will chime in, but, you have come to the right place for the info you're needing. First, jpaasqualoni, you can start by waiting here for others responses. Also, you can look through your Mustang Times magazine and get ideas from other people in the magazine on where they had their Mustangs restored that may be close to your area. Also get involved in a local Mustang club, that helps tremendously.

Looking for an exceptional restoration shop will take awhile,it doesn't happen overnight. It may take weeks to months before you settle on one you're comfortable with. It took my wife and I about 4 months to finally find an exceptional paint and body shop within our budget and to what level of a resto we were wanting because we drive our 69 Mach 1. We ended up having the paint and body work done in Georgia, and I live in N. Carolina. I just had the paint and body work farmed out...I done the rest of the work(i,e, interior, motor, undercarriage, etc) at my house.

Good luck and hope this information helps you.
