What are the qualifications for a regional club to be member of MCA; specifically, how many members of the regional club have to members of MCA and do the current officers have to be members in order for our club to have MCA recognition and membership
you need at least ten total local members to be considered for a charter. the officers must be mca members and may be counted among that ten. if you poke around on this site you can find the mca bylaws and in those is where i gathered this info.
