    Constitution

    Does the MCA have a viewable Constitution on the web site. A PDF file ?

    did you read them?? never heard of the bylaws being called a constitution. that's all there is just bylaws.

    Ok I was just checking. I am the President of a small club in Ca. and we have a Constitution / Bylaws. We have been doing some house cleaning of both. I am just curious to see what we need and don't need to be in compliance to the MCA bylaws.
